Reactive-Alloy expertise is applied in the production of high quality titanium, zirconium and specialty reactive alloy castings.
By combining the technological advantages of Induction Skull Melting (Patent No. BI 4, 738, 713) with specially modified investment molding and rammed refractory processes, Flowserve is able to routinely provide high quality, competetively priced castings. Moreover, customers enjoy the benefits of its patented Flowtherm process, which doubles and may even triple the impact properties of its Zirconium 705 castings.
